pk63 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pk63 website accessible at pk63.bid, including all sub-pages, services, betting markets, casino games, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a pk63 account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a Member for the purpose of accessing pk63 services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds (separately designated) held within a Member's pk63 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's account by pk63 in accordance with a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money or bonus funds on any market or game available through pk63.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pk63 before withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted.
• "Licence" means the international gaming licence under which pk63 operates, as granted by the relevant licensing authority.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to and participation in pk63 services is expressly prohibited under applicable law or licence conditions.

By accessing pk63.bid, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or services made available through pk63.

These Terms apply continuously for as long as you maintain an active pk63 Account. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms at any time, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting pk63 support.

pk63 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where amendments are material, pk63 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their Account.

Age Requirement. Membership and participation in any pk63 service is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use. pk63 operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to underage gambling. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and all deposits returned to the originating payment method, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one pk63 Account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. pk63 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended and any balances held may be forfeited.

Accurate Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance held.

Jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of pk63 is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk63 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Members in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use pk63 services.

KYC Verification. pk63 requires all Members to complete KYC verification before withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted. KYC requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie or photograph. pk63 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as notified by pk63 may result in Account restriction.

Member Responsibility. Each Member is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk63 will never request a Member's full password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Members must not share their credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Unauthorised Access. Members must notify pk63 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, their Account. pk63 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or has acted negligently in relation to their Account security.

Session Security. pk63 automatically terminates sessions after a period of inactivity. Members accessing the Platform from shared or public devices are strongly advised to log out upon completing each session. pk63 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in Account Settings, to provide an additional layer of security.

Currency. All transactions on the pk63 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Members must ensure that their payment method is capable of transacting in PKR. pk63 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pk63 is Rs 500. pk63 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time upon reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified Members only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pk63 targets processing JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times are targets and may vary during periods of high demand or due to payment provider delays beyond pk63's control.

Same-Source Withdrawals. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the payment provider's own policies and technical capabilities. pk63 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pk63 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Members will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

Binding Wagers. Once a Wager has been confirmed by pk63 and a bet reference number issued, the Wager is final and binding and may not be cancelled or modified by the Member, except where pk63 expressly provides a cash-out or edit bet function on a specific market.

Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For cricket markets, the result declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board (including the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic matches) shall be the basis for settlement. pk63 may delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.

Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error or systems failure affecting a game or betting market, pk63 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes. pk63 is not obliged to honour winnings resulting from a manifest technical error, incorrect odds publication, or pricing error.

Game Disconnection. If a Member's internet connection is lost during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the pk63 system records. pk63 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues that are outside its control.

Maximum Payout Limits. pk63 applies maximum payout limits per single Wager and per day, which vary by game category and are available in the individual game help sections. pk63 reserves the right to limit Wager amounts placed by any Member at its absolute discretion, including where the Platform identifies unusual betting patterns.

Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pk63 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet size during bonus play. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each promotion and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of the bonus amount or associated winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements may vary.

Bonus Abuse. pk63 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable funds with minimal risk; and exploitation of promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk63 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated Wagers, and suspend or close the relevant Account.

Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.

Withdrawal Before Completion. If a Member requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement applicable to an active bonus, pk63 reserves the right to remove the bonus balance and any associated winnings from the Account before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk63 Platform. Members found engaging in any prohibited conduct may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, Wagers voided, Balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in any way not provided for in the standard Member interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to any sport or event available on pk63.
• Colluding with other Members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on pk63.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotions or pricing discrepancies in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable anti-financial-crime laws.
• Misrepresenting identity during registration or KYC, including submitting false documentation or using another person's identity details.
• Accessing pk63 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to pk63's technical systems, databases, or infrastructure.

All content available on the pk63 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of pk63 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk63 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or exploitation of any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of pk63.

The pk63 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of pk63. Unauthorised use of any pk63 intellectual property, including in advertising, social media, or third-party websites, is strictly prohibited.

pk63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at pk63.bid/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Members should read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

By registering a pk63 Account, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where separately consented to, marketing communications.

pk63 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Member personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. However, pk63 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and Members acknowledge this inherent limitation.

Platform Availability. pk63 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. pk63 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime that is outside its reasonable control.

Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk63 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Maximum Liability. Subject to any mandatory obligations imposed by applicable consumer protection law, pk63's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure. pk63 is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond pk63's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, or civil disturbance.

Right to Suspend. pk63 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk63 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or any other conduct that may harm the Platform, other Members, or third parties.

Investigation Period. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, real-money funds held in the Account will be preserved (subject to any funds found to be proceeds of fraud or bonus abuse). pk63 will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 days of suspension, subject to the complexity of the matter and cooperation from the Member.

Voluntary Closure. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting pk63 support. Prior to closure, any Bonus Funds will be removed. Real-money funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to standard KYC checks.

Self-Exclusion. Members may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time via Account Settings or by contacting pk63 support. Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be inaccessible and pk63 will endeavour to prevent re-registration by the same individual.

pk63 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. pk63 recognises that for a minority of individuals gambling can become problematic and provides the following tools to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members can configure maximum loss thresholds for defined periods. When the limit is reached, further Wagers are suspended until the relevant period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: pk63 provides configurable session duration alerts to help Members maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Members of their session duration and net gaming result during extended play periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may self-exclude for defined periods (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration elected and takes effect immediately upon request.
• Account Closure: Members who wish to permanently stop gambling on pk63 may close their Account at any time. pk63 will process Account closure requests without delay.

Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from recognised responsible gambling organisations. pk63 actively supports responsible gambling initiatives and complies with all responsible gaming requirements imposed by its international gaming licence.

21+ Policy Enforcement. pk63 conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Accounts suspected of being operated by individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any stakes wagered by a person found to be under 21 will be returned and no winnings will be paid.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk63 holds its gaming licence, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws impose a different requirement.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Member and pk63 arising from or related to these Terms or any aspect of the Member's use of the Platform, the Member should first contact pk63 support to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. pk63 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 28 days.

Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through pk63's internal complaints procedure, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by pk63's licensing authority. Information regarding the available escalation route will be provided to Members upon request and will be referenced in the outcome of any unresolved internal complaint.

Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

pk63 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on pk63.bid/terms-conditions with the updated effective date. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly alter Member rights or obligations — pk63 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to Members via the email address registered to their Account prior to the changes taking effect.

A Member's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. Members who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure, at which point their real-money Balance will be returned to them.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. pk63 recommends that Members save or print a copy of these Terms for their personal records at the time of registration.
