pk63 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pk63.bid. pk63 is the data controller in respect of personal data collected from Members and visitors through the pk63 platform.

We do not sell your personal data. pk63 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to the following categories of recipients:

pk63 operates as an international gaming platform, and certain processing of personal data may involve transfers to countries outside Pakistan. Such transfers may occur in connection with cloud infrastructure hosting, KYC verification services, game software delivery, and fraud prevention systems that operate on an international basis.

Where personal data is transferred to jurisdictions outside Pakistan, pk63 implements appropriate safeguards to ensure that the data receives a level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and with the requirements of our gaming licence. Such safeguards include contractual data processing agreements with receiving entities that impose equivalent data protection obligations.

pk63 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as required by applicable law or our gaming licence obligations. The following retention principles apply:

• Active Accounts: Personal data related to an active pk63 account is retained for the duration of the account's active status and for a period after account closure as required by regulatory obligations (typically a minimum of five years for financial and KYC records under anti-money-laundering requirements).
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal history, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction to comply with AML and gaming licence record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Documents: Identity documents submitted for KYC verification are retained for the period required by our gaming licence, typically five (5) years after account closure, to support regulatory audits and investigations.

pk63 does not use third-party advertising cookies or permit external advertising networks to place tracking cookies on pk63.bid.

Managing Cookies. You may manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) are available through each browser's help documentation. Disabling essential cookies will impair your ability to access and use the pk63 Platform.

pk63 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and pk63.bid is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. This applies to all Platform pages, including the login page, deposit pages, and account settings.
• Password Hashing: Member passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing — they are never stored in plaintext. pk63 staff cannot view your password and will never ask you to share it.
• Access Controls: Access to Member personal data within pk63's internal systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff access is governed by role-based permissions, logged, and reviewed regularly.
• Two-Factor Authentication: pk63 makes two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all Members via Account Settings. pk63 strongly recommends enabling 2FA to provide an additional layer of account security.
• Intrusion Detection: pk63's infrastructure is monitored continuously for unauthorised access attempts, unusual traffic patterns, and security anomalies using automated intrusion detection systems.
• Data Breach Protocol: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to Members, pk63 will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes required by our gaming licence obligations.

While pk63 implements industry-standard security controls, no internet transmission is completely secure. Members are encouraged to maintain strong, unique passwords for their pk63 account and to report any suspected unauthorised account activity to pk63 support immediately.

As a pk63 Member, you hold the following rights in respect of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact pk63 support using the details in Section 16.

Withdrawal of Consent. Where processing is based on your consent (for example, marketing communications or non-essential cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time through Account Settings or by contacting pk63 support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.

Response Timescales. pk63 will acknowledge data rights requests within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. Where a request is complex, pk63 may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case the Member will be notified of the extension and the reasons for it.

pk63 may send promotional communications — including bonus offers, game notifications, PSL betting specials, and platform updates — to Members who have provided explicit consent to receive marketing at the time of registration or through a subsequent opt-in.

Marketing communications are sent via email and, where separately consented, via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Marketing communications from pk63 will always clearly identify pk63 as the sender and include a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism.

Opting Out. You may withdraw marketing consent and opt out of all marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in pk63 Account Settings.
• Using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email sent by pk63.
• Contacting pk63 support and requesting removal from marketing lists.

Opting out of marketing will not affect your ability to receive service communications that are essential to the operation of your account, such as withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and responses to your support queries.

pk63 enforces its 21+ age restriction through mandatory CNIC verification as part of the KYC process. CNIC documents contain date of birth information that is cross-referenced against the Member's stated date of birth during registration. Accounts that fail age verification will not be permitted to withdraw real-money funds and will be subject to review.

Parents and guardians who believe that a person under 21 in their care has registered a pk63 account should contact pk63 support immediately at [email protected]. pk63 will action such reports promptly and confidentially.

pk63 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform services. The revised Policy will be published on pk63.bid/privacy-policy with an updated effective date.

Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly alter how pk63 uses your personal data or your rights in relation to it — pk63 will provide advance notice to Members via the email address registered to their account, typically at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of Privacy Policy amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Members who do not accept updated terms may close their account by contacting pk63 support, at which point their real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

pk63 recommends that Members review this Privacy Policy periodically, even in the absence of a direct notification, to remain informed of how their personal data is handled.
